2. The company is family owned and family run. We live in the suburbs behind Cannes and will be your contact people in Cannes during your stay - we don't use agents or representatives.

3. We own 6 of our 7 apartments, and run the 7th during conferences only and on an exclusive basis. This means there is no risk of double bookings of the property you book.

4. We are happy to provide Invoices for all bookings showing the property and period rented, cost of rental, VAT and local taxes paid (these are all included in the quoted price).

5. We are very proud of the number of repeat customers we have, with over 60% of this year's bookings coming from previous clients or direct referrals.

6. Our online credit card payment system is made directly on Credit Agricole's, France's largest Retail Bank, secure servers. We never ask for, or see your credit card information.

7. Although the contact number we use is, for logistical convenience, a mobile/cell phone, we are happy to provide you with a fixed line number to contact us if you prefer.
